  5. Using a table or any sturdy foundation, place the hair straightener to the surface and press down the top to squeeze the iron while also heating the folded parchment paper. 
  6. After squeezing for about 10 seconds, remove the parchment paper and unfold it. If you notice a honey-coloured substance, that is Shatter. 
  7. Once the shatter is made, it is then ready for you to smoke.
